Jeffrey Reich-Hale has spent the last 26+ years as a hotel executive, with operations experience and a large focus on sales and marketing in New York and Texas. He has also served on tourism organization committees in both regions and is a member of 5 chamber organizations and is a committee leader or board member for several of them. He has opened seven hotels in suburban and cosmopolitan settings, including New York City and Houston, and has a keen understanding of the needs and potential for every type of market. In addition, Jeffrey has managed and owned a Retail Business and has extensive experience in community outreach and business development along with Social Media Management.

Jeffrey has won awards as a top salesperson in his region while working at Interstate Hotels in NYC, and won Director of Sales of the year while at Wingate by Wyndham. He won these awards while consistently coming in over budgeted revenues. While in New York, he helped re-launch the Queens Tourism Council, and secured a number of top partners for HSMAI in Manhattan. Jeffrey is also the founder and CEO of Jelvin’s Candy Shoppe, a web-based candy store that reinvests 60 percent of profits into the local community charities. Two of the top charities Jelvin’s reinvests in: Barrio Dogs Inc., which is in an organization that educated communities on pet population control as well as rescue services and the AIDS Foundation of Houston. Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from the University of New Haven in Connecticut.
